Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2 August 2026

This policy explains what ramxdigital.com stores on your device. The short version: nothing of ours, and nothing that tracks you. There are no cookies to accept, refuse or manage, which is why you were never shown a banner. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.

01. The Basics

Cookies are small files stored on your device. This website sets none of its own, and none for analytics or advertising.

There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no cross-site tracking. The one exception is the anti-bot check that protects our forms: Cloudflare Turnstile may set a strictly necessary cookie on some visits to confirm you are not a bot. It does not track you, build a profile, or follow you to any other site.

That is why there is no consent banner to click through. Regulation 6 of PECR applies to storing or accessing information on your device, and it exempts anything strictly necessary to provide a service you asked for. Nothing outside that exemption is stored on or read from your device here.

We do measure how many people visit, using privacy-preserving analytics that set no cookies and build no profile. See section 03.

02. Strictly Necessary

These are required for the site to work and to keep it secure. Under regulation 6 of PECR they are exempt from consent, so they cannot be switched off.

Name Provider Purpose Duration
Turnstile challenge Cloudflare Anti-spam check on our contact and audit forms. Loads on pages with a form, and on any page where the audit request form can be opened. Builds no profile Session only, where one is set

03. Analytics (No Cookies)

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It sets no cookies, writes nothing to your device, assigns you no identifier, and cannot follow you to any other website. There is nothing here to opt out of, because there is nothing stored.

What Provider Stored on your device
Aggregate page views and referrers Cloudflare Web Analytics Nothing

Regulation 6 of PECR governs storing or accessing information on your device. This site does neither for analytics, which is why there is no consent banner. We use no session recording, no heatmaps, no advertising pixels and no behavioural tracking of any kind.

04. Nothing To Manage

There is no preference to set, because there is no cookie to consent to:

  • This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to turn off and nothing to withdraw.
  • You can inspect or clear site data through your browser settings at any time. Anything you find there will be strictly necessary security data, and clearing it only means the anti-bot check runs again.

Change Log

  • 2 Aug 2026 — Two corrections. The date on this policy still said June, even though the July entry below had already changed what it describes. And the absolute claim that this site stores nothing was slightly too neat: we set no cookies of our own and none for analytics, but the anti-bot check on our forms can set a strictly necessary cookie on some visits. It does not track or profile anyone, and it is exempt from consent, but it is not nothing, so it is now described as what it is.
  • 25 Jul 2026 — All analytics cookies removed. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are gone, replaced by cookieless analytics that stores nothing on your device. The consent banner went with them: with no cookies to consent to, there was nothing left for it to ask.
  • 17 Jun 2026 — First dedicated Cookie Policy: full inventory by category, legal basis per category, and a self-service way to withdraw consent.
